Please note that while
Australia Post
provides a reliable service, delivery delays
can occur for a variety of reasons. If you
are experiencing a longer than usual delay,
please first enquire about your missing
package at your local post office. We cannot
investigate missing orders as per
Australia Post Guidelines:
- If an Express Post item is at least
1 business day late
- If any other item is at least 3
business days late
Please note that
Australia Post
are unable to accept missing item enquiries,
or commence investigations, before these
specified times. If your package has still
not arrived at this time, please contact
our support staff who will help to resolve
the issue.

International Orders |
All freight is sent
Australia Post
and all freight charges are automatically
calculated and displayed prior to payment
and finalizing your order. Simply select
the items required, add these to your shopping
cart, and review your freight charges prior
to finalising your selected order. Your
choice is then to submit and accept your
order, or cancel the ordering process without
incurring any charges.
NO Australian GST applies on product
or postage.
Orders of 2.5kg or more will be upgraded
to Express Post International at no extra
cost.

- If an International Standard or
Registered Post International item is
at least 10 business days late
- If an International Economy Air
item with Signature on Delivery was
posted at least 30 days ago
- If an International Economy Sea
or any other International Economy Air
item was posted at least 90 days ago
Warning:
The delivery time quoted by Australia Post
for International Deliveries does not include
destination custom clearance delays, which
in some cases can be up to 7 days or more,
even with express courier packages.

Returns |
If an item does not meet
your expectations once you receive your
order, your purchase may be returned for
credit, exchange, or refund, subject to
the following conditions:
- The returned item must be returned
within 30 days.
- The returned item must be clean,
unused and otherwise in the same condition
as it was sent.
- The returned item must include all
original tags, packaging, and instructions.
- The returned item must include a
copy of the original itemized sales
receipt.
- Delivery costs to and from the purchaser
are not refundable, unless goods received
are found to be faulty, or the product
has been substantially misrepresented
in our advertising and/or our correspondence.
