Types of Daypacks
Front Opening daypacks with a padded back for school or office use as in the White Mountain Backpacks™ University I and University II series. These backpacks generally include a front pocket with an internal organiser
Front Opening daypacks with a padded back for school, office or day walks as in our White Mountain Backpacks™ Book Pack series. Tear drop packs are excellent for climbers, cross country skiers, or cyclists, allowing full shoulder movement.
Top Loading Daypacks
These Top Loading daypacks include a padded back and are designed for the all day trekker as in our White Mountain Backpacks™ Lyrebird.
Daypacks that include the above designs that (should) include a full hip belt and a fitted HDPE Frame Sheet. This combination of hip belt and frame sheet provides maximum comfort whilst carrying heavy loads. These packs are excellent in protecting the back particularly with school children, provided the backpack is worn correctly and not over the one shoulder. White Mountain Backpacks™ have four backpacks with a HDPE Frame Sheet, the
Trail Blazer, Lyrebird, Tumen, and the Yalu.
White Mountain Backpacks™ Premium Performance Daypacks
A series of Front Opening and Top Loading daypacks with and without the HDPE Frame Sheet, these Premium Performance Daypacks include an Airflow Mesh for keeping the back cool and dry, a rain cover for use in extreme weather conditions, a full hip belt for stability and longer shoulder straps to allow correct positioning of the backpack. These backpacks are designed for the sportsperson whether they be a climber, cyclist or runner.
