The Main Peak is constructed to offer the astute buyer an equal competitor to the most expensive backpacks. The SHS Harness System used in this backpack is the result of three years of development by the White Mountain™ Team .. The SHS Harness System used in this backpack is a true unisex harness with contoured shoulder straps and extra material on the anchor position of the hip belt to allow contouring over the hips. We have also included a front pocket for items that require easy and quick access. There is a fixing position for extra gear on the front and top of the extending lid, and the bottom compression straps over the lower compartment are long enough to accommodate a sleeping mat if required. We also incorporate two internal compression straps within the lower lower compartment. The material is 950D Kodra, one of the strongest and most durable synthetic products and a fabric often used on military backpacks for strength and abrasive resistance.
