Freight Directory (Australia Post)
All orders sent the day the order received or at the very latest
the next day, excluding Public Holidays when all postal facilities
are closed. Please remember to contact us if your order is urgent.
All freight sent Australia Post and all freight charges are automatically
calculated and displayed within the Shopping Cart prior to payment
and finalizing your order. Simply select the items required, add
these to your shopping cart, and review your freight charges prior
to finalising your selected order. Your choice is then to submit
and accept your order, or cancel the ordering process without incurring
any charges.
Freight Method & Conditions
Australian Orders
- A GST of 10% is in addition to website prices and added
to your Shopping Cart total.
- FREE DELIVERY in Australia.
- Delivery is approximately 2 to 4 working days between metropolitan
areas of major cities.
Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable service,
delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons. If you
are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please first enquire
about your missing package at your local post office. White
Mountain™ cannot investigate missing
orders until 10 business days after dispatch as per Australia Post
guidelines. If your package has still not arrived at this time,
please contact our support staff who will help to resolve the issue.
International Orders
- NO Australian GST applies on product or postage.
- Overseas Orders have SUBSIDISED Freight Charges of up to
40%.
- SUBSIDISED Freight Charges added automatically to your Shopping
Cart total.
- SUBSIDISED Freight Charges includes a FREE UPGRADE to EXPRESS
POST INTERNATIONAL for all orders over 2kg.
All International orders of LESS THAN 2kg we
send Australia Post standard
AIR MAIL and all orders of MORE THAN 2kg we offer
a FREE UPGRADE and send EXPRESS POST INTERNATIONAL (EPI) unless
you choose to use EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL (ECI). This reduces
the freight costs for our customers and tracking is available on
all EPI & ECI at www.auspost.com.au/track.
However, no tracking facilities are available for standard AIR MAIL.

offer SUBSIDISED Freight Charges for all international
orders which are up to 40% less than prices quoted by our chosen
carrier Australia Post
