With apologies, from 1999 there are no White Mountain™ Retail Agencies available in Australia. Although we have tried to secure a business relationship with a number of stores, these stores are not prepared to stock and display a sufficient range of White Mountain™ product, nor prepared to sell at web prices or offer White Mountain™ Member benefits. We have offered to these stores, free advertising from our website, free in store training to all staff on fitting backpacks, and free product on consignment. All this was offered with the view to establishing a long-term relationship with good retail establishments and making our standard of service and product easily available to our valued customers. Unfortunately these Retail Stores are not willing to enact a partnership arrangement despite all we have to offer.
