P4 Notification on Freight Charges
- We include an automatically applied freight charge in
our shopping cart. These freight charges and options are
displayed prior to committing to the purchase.
- International customers - to check your automatically
applied freight charge options, total the weight of your
purchase and
"Click Here".
- Australian customers - to check your automatically
applied freight charge options, take the invoice total
amount, add 10% Goods and Services Tax. Postage is FREE
within Australia.
P5 Pricing and Availability
Price and availability is subject to change without notice.
You will of course be provided current prices at the time you
place your order.
P6 Backorders
Any item not in stock at the time your order is received will
be backordered. This means that all available items will be
shipped right away, while the currently unavailable items will
be sent to you once available. You will receive an email giving
you the choice of cancelling the item, or waiting until the
backordered item is available. You will only be billed for items
once they are shipped to you.
P7 Colour Substitutions
If you specify a colour that is not in stock when we receive
your order, you will receive an email or phone call giving you
the choice of selecting a different colour or waiting until your
chosen colour is available.
P8 Method of Payment
White Mountain™ accept, (In Australia B-PAY, still to be
implemented) Bankcard, Visa, Master Card and Diners Card.
P9 Using Website Information
This site contains information about activities and products.
Since each person's circumstances are different, White
Mountain™, cannot be responsible, and cannot assume any
liability for the use of such information. Information obtained
from this site should be used only after you have considered
your specific situation and assessed the risks involved.
P10 Product Returns
If an item does not meet your expectations once you receive
your order, no problem! It may be returned for credit, exchange,
or refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days.
- The item must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same
condition as it was sent.
- It must include all original tags, packaging, and
instructions.
- It must include a copy of the original itemized sales
receipt.
- Delivery costs to and from the purchaser are not
refundable, unless goods received are found to be faulty, or
the product has been substantially misrepresented in our
advertising and/or our correspondence.
White Mountain do offer compensation for delivery costs
incurred in returning products. We offer a compensatory 10%
Discount Voucher for goods purchased and returned within
Australia and a compensatory 20% Discount Voucher for goods
purchased from outside Australia. The Discount Voucher is valid
for 12 months from the date of issue and is transferable. This
policy is to ensure confidence in purchasing from White Mountain
over the Internet and provide a pleasurable online trading
experience.
White Mountain™ have not had a dissatisfied customer to date,
