Polyurethane material with internal anti splash division, large
filler opening with screw cap for ease of access and cleaning, hose
attaches to reservoir with a tapered thread to prevent leakage and
a single action large bite valve with pop up flow release, provides
excellent liquid flow. Replacement parts available upon request
and these will be listed separately in the near future.
Cleaning
- Wash reservoir and all components with a mild detergent
(we recommend a good biodegradable soap) and hot water. Prop
open and hang to Air Dry.
- To refresh your reservoir, add two or three teaspoons of
baking soda to a full reservoir of water and leave to soak overnight.
Then rinse well.
- To sanitize your reservoir, add two or three teaspoons of
bleach to a full reservoir of water and leave to soak overnight.
Then Rinse well.
Tips
- Refresh the reservoir before using the first time.
- The Tapered Thread and Screw Cap need to be snug to prevent
water leakage.
- Test both the Tapered Thread and Screw Cap seals prior to
placing in your backpack.
- Remember to close the pop up flow release valve when not
in use to prevent water leakage.
- Wash and Air Dry thoroughly prior to storing your reservoir.
